About us
Anastasia Kightlinger, LMT
Raised in Minnesota, Anastasia moved to Colorado in 2015. In 2011, she accidentally found herself as the only non-massage therapist in a massage cupping clinic at her local acupuncture and yoga studio in Anchorage, Alaska. She was hooked and made plans to change careers.
She attended the Minnesota School of Business in 2014, and received her associates degree in Applied Sciences with an emphasis in Massage Therapy. Her favorite modalities are Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Swedish, and Raindrop therapy.
Anastasia’s attention to detail allows her to incorporate her clients wishes as well as their needs. She blends techniques from various parts of her training so that the client receives a comprehensive therapeutic massage addressing essential goals ranging from acute injuries to overall emotional and physical stress. Some of the techniques you’ll find in her massages are passive stretching, reflexology, even myofascial release, to name a few. Her aim is to create a safe space for you to unwind from all of the burdens of life.

Monica Olsen LMT, RYT
Monica graduated from Denver Integrative Massage School in 2019 and has called Grand County her home since 2018. She specializes in integrative, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and cupping. Her background includes extensive studies in yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga massage, Thai massage and Western massage techniques. She integrates multiple modalities and techniques into her massages to best address your goals whether it's acute injury, sore muscles or gentle relaxation. Years of travel have cumulated in an East meets West approach with a focus on nourishing the nervous system so that the physical, mental, and emotional bodies can relax and restore.
